Terry Zalewski, the owner of Modern Built, brings over 33 years of unparalleled expertise in the construction industry. with a strong foundation in family values, Terry's journey began at the age of 14, collaborating with his older brother in rough framing and finished carpentry. His professional trajectory continued with a role in the Michigan Carpenters Union, followed by a successful tenure as a Superintendent with another prominent builder. Today, Terry leverages his wealth of experience to lead Modern Built, ensuring every project, regardless of its size, is meticulously executed to perfection.
